1. Booking Process
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made directly by phone, via our website, or through Online Travel Agency (OTA) sites such as Airbnb, Cottages in Canada, and VRBO. Please note that booking directly with us by phone or website benefits both the host and guests, as OTA platforms charge additional fees for their services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation deadline:
If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations made with shorter notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions for unforeseen circumstances:
Certain unforeseen circumstances, such as severe storms in the wintertime leading to highway closures, may occur. In such rare instances, a refund may be granted for cancellations directly caused by these unavoidable events. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases to discuss your options.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Certainly. Please contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, should you wish to request any changes to your reservation.

3. Check-In/Check-Out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is at 4:30 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. If you arrive late or depart early, regular rates will apply; no discounts will be provided.
How do I obtain keys to the property?
During your stay, self check-in is available via keypad access.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Are there any additional fees or taxes not included in the rental rate?
An accommodation tax of 6% is applicable to your booking total, excluding the refundable damage deposit.
Is a security deposit required? If so, how is it handled?
A damage deposit of $1,500 is required to reserve the property. This deposit will be fully refunded the day after departure, provided no property damage is noted during the stay.

While we don’t have someone available onsite, in the event of emergencies, please dial 911 immediately to contact local emergency services. Additionally, we will provide you with emergency contact information upon your arrival. This will enable you to reach us directly for any urgent matters that require our immediate attention.
